Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise), invites sealed bids under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure for leasing constructed shops at PR Land/Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Lease basis: one-time premium (non-refundable) plus advance annual rent for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).

How to obtain documents & fees: Bid documents and Terms & Conditions for each shop are available during working hours from REDAMCO (Corporate Office, Islamabad) or the DS Office, Peshawar Cantt. Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (in shape of CD/PO in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd). Separate bid security (CD/PO) for each shop as specified above must be attached with the bid.
Important conditions: Bids without required bid security, or received after the specified date & time, will not be entertained. The successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered lease premium for each shop along with the annual rent within fifteen (15) working days of issuance of acceptance letter; failure will result in forfeiture of bid security. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process at any time prior to award without assigning reasons.
