Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Government of Pakistan. Tender (SLAWS-2026-2029) invites e-bids for provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile and SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for the period 2026–2029.
Eligibility: Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, appear as active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and possess a valid operator license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where required. Bidders must comply with bid security, bid validity and other requirements as per the bidding documents.
Procedure & availability: Single Stage Two Envelopes (Technical & Financial). Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the NHA e-bidding portal from 2026-06-15. Electronic submission only via the NHA e-bidding system.
Important dates: Technical e-bids must be submitted by 2026-07-02 at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours.
