E-Tender Notice — Buildings Division Sialkot: Multiple Maintenance & Construction Works

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sialkot (tender processed through Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala).

Purpose: Electronic tenders are invited from eligible engineering firms / contractors for multiple maintenance, repair and construction schemes for government educational and health institutions and other government buildings in Sialkot district. Procurement will follow PPRA e-Tendering rules and Punjab eProcure procedures.

How to apply and eligibility:

- Contractors/firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes.

- Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab eProcure website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Registration information and procedures are available on the website or via the Buildings Division contact number below.

- Bid securities: Upload scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / bid security (5% as per PPRA rules) issued by scheduled bank in the name of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sialkot; original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening of bids.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish performance guarantee as per PPRA Rules (10%). Other PPRA terms and requirements (including disqualification for false information and forged documents) will apply.

Submission & opening:

- Bids are submitted online via Punjab eProcure. Contractors may attend in person at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala; bids will be retrieved/opened there.

- Published retrieval/opening time (as stated in the notice): 2026-06-10 at 11:00 AM (bids retrieved) with proceedings/announcements in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee the same day at 11:30 AM.
