Tender: Supply of Dietary Items for Police Training School Farooqabad (FY 2026-27)

Principal, Police Training School (PTS) Farooqabad invites sealed tenders under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for the purchase of dietary items for the PTS mess for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available free on the E-PPAS portal and PPRA website; additional information may be obtained from the Office of SP/Principal, PTS Farooqabad.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted via E-PPAS. Deadline for submission is 2026-06-18 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-18 at 11:30 AM at PTS Farooqabad; if the date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.

Bid Documents & Format: Each bid must be a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes: (1) Technical Proposal (detailed specifications, make, country of origin on firm’s letterhead plus catalogue, bid security, bidding documents, earnest money, and other technical documents), and (2) Financial Proposal (rates inclusive of all taxes/charges as per formats in the bidding documents on firm’s letterhead). Mark envelopes clearly as “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal.”

Bid Security & Samples: A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft must accompany the bid. Submission of samples for the dietary items is mandatory and must conform to the given specifications.

Other: Financial proposals will remain sealed in custody and opened in accordance with tender terms. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014.
