Sami Foundation Tender: Supply & Services for Emergency Relief (Pit Latrines, Hygiene Kits, Ration, Fodder, NFIs)

Issuer: Sami Foundation (SF) with START Network support. Reference: SF/NFZ/JUNE/2026/01.

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from registered suppliers/service providers for provision of emergency relief supplies and services (installation of pit latrines, hygiene/dignity kits, ration/food packages, livestock fodder and non-food items) for project activities in the district(s) indicated.

Collection & submission:

• Tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation (SF) Head Office near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh — Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00.
• Tender packs are also available for download from: www.samifoundation.org.pk
• Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation head office (address above) on or before 2026-06-29 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. If a government-declared public holiday falls on the closing date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Each lot should be quoted separately. Only one option per item is allowed; submissions with multiple options for an item may be rejected.
• Prices must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading/unloading/delivery, packing and all other costs.
• Successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value.
• Sami Foundation reserves the right to divide the order, change quantities, cancel or reject any/all offers without assigning a reason.
• Purchase orders may be adjusted if Government/PDMA declares Naushahro Feroze (or other specified district) as flood-affected after award.
• Fraudulent, collusive or corrupt practices will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Award will consider quality, delivery time and previous experience; lowest price alone will not be the sole criterion.
