Sami Foundation Tender (Ref: SF/ZCRA/SR-502&509/2026) – Supply of ER Evacuation Toolkit, Electrical, IT, Furniture & Site Works

Issuer: Sami Foundation (implementing Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance (ZCRA) project with support of Concern Worldwide)

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from registered suppliers for supply of equipment and services for project activities in the districts of Shaheed Benazirabad and Matiari.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation head office (Near Eye Hospital, Akber-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh) from 2026-06-20 to 2026-06-28, 09:00–13:00 (Monday–Friday). Tender pack can also be downloaded from www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission deadline: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation head office on or before 2026-06-29 by 11:00 AM. Envelopes should be clearly marked “TENDER – Not to be opened before 11:30 AM 29 June 2026”. Tenders will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

Bid security and format: Bidders must submit bid security (earnest money) as specified in the tender pack. Bid security should be submitted separately for each lot in the form of CDR/pay order in favour of "Sami Foundation". Bids submitted without required bid security may not be considered.

Eligibility & conditions: Suppliers must quote only one option per item; multiple options for the same item may lead to rejection. Partial quotations for a lot will be rejected. Rates must be inclusive of taxes, loading/unloading, packaging and all allied costs up to point of delivery. Sami Foundation reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel any or all bids without assigning a reason. Suppliers must be registered with tax authorities and provide NTN as per applicable law. Tax will be deducted at source as per government rules.
