Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sialkot (under Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala) invites e-tenders from PEC-registered contractors/firms on item-rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA e-Tendering System for multiple repair, maintenance, civil works and establishment projects across District Sialkot. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and on the Punjab e-PRPA website to participate. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-Procurement portal in accordance with the tender rules and terms and conditions stated by the issuing office.
