Invitation for Bids — NCB-CAD-01 Command Area Development Works, Siri Toi Dam, Zhob River Basin (BWRDSP)

The Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project (BWRDSP) — Additional Financing (Loan/Grant No. 469-PAK(COL)) invites sealed bids for Contract NCB-CAD-01: Command Area Development Works for Siri Toi Dam, Zhob River Basin. Financing has been received from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Bidding is open to international bidders from ADB eligible countries under National Competitive Bidding, Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure.

Scope of Works (summary):

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements

Bidders must be registered contractors eligible under ADB and meet the qualification criteria in the Bidding Document, including experience in similar contracts. Key prequalification highlights include evidence of at least one successfully or substantially completed contract within the last 10 years with the bidder's participation meeting the required value, and a minimum average annual construction turnover of PKR 2,580 million (or equivalent) over the last three years. A non-refundable document fee of PKR 5,000 is payable by bank voucher to National Bank of Pakistan Account No. C-03434 in the name of Deputy Project Director, PIO, BWRDSP. Submission & Opening

Deadline for submission of bids: 2026-07-22 at 12:00 hours (Pakistan Standard Time). Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders must follow the submission and bid security instructions in the Bidding Document.
