How to apply: Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD portal. Tender documents and specifications can be viewed/downloaded from E-PAD. A 5% bid security (earnest money) must be submitted in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (original) by hand or courier before bid closing time; bidders must also upload required documents per E-PAD instructions. Manual/tender box submissions will not be accepted.
Validity and opening: Tender/quotation rates shall be valid for a minimum of 180 days. Last date/time for submission: 2022-06-18 at 12:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on 2022-06-18 at 13:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Other key points: Tenderers must be PEC-registered in the appropriate category. Tenderers to follow PPRA rules and MES Schedule of Rates 2021 where applicable. Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per rules.
