District Council Rajanpur - Invitation of Bids for Six Civil Works & Service Packages

Office of the District Council Rajanpur invites sealed online bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with PPRA/E-PADS Punjab for the following six schemes. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via Punjab e-Procurement (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date).

Key instructions:

- Interested contractors/firms must register on the Punjab e-Procure portal and E-PADS of Govt. of Punjab and submit requisite information.

- Scanned copy of 5% bid security (Call Deposit Receipt / CDR) must be uploaded on E-PADS. Original CDR as bid security in favor of District Council Rajanpur must be deposited in the office before closing date/time; failure to submit original CDR will result in cancellation.

- The lowest bidder who is more than 5% below DNIT will be required to deposit an additional 10% performance security (including earnest money) as CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days after opening of the bid.

- Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-06-18 by 11:00 AM PST. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-18 at 11:30 AM PST via E-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- The successful contractor will be required to execute the agreement on stamp paper of value specified by the Government within seven days of issuance of the acceptance letter for issuance of the Work Order.

- Bidding documents are available on PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procure websites. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids prior to approval/acceptance as per PPRA rules.
