Cantonment Board Sargodha Invitation to Bid – Development Works (3 Projects) – Bids due 2026-06-19

Issuer: Cantonment Board Sargodha (Cantonment Executive Officer). The Board invites sealed e-bids from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid NTN, STR and relevant PEC code/category as specified in the bidding documents for the following development works. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA E-Pads (e-procurement) portal and bidding/receipt will be through online E-PADS/EPB system (https://eprocure.gov.pk).

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Eligibility: Firms registered with PEC in the relevant codes and category, holding valid NTN and STR as specified in bidding documents.

- Bid Security / Earnest Money: As shown above (CDR) in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Sargodha. CDR must be issued by a scheduled bank and the firm’s name must be clearly mentioned on the instrument. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal; the original CDR must be submitted to the office as required in the bidding documents.

- Submission method: Bids to be submitted online via PPRA E-PADS/eProcurement portal. No hard copy of bids will be accepted. Relevant original documents (e.g., CDR, affidavit/certificates where required) must be provided as per instructions in the bidding documents.

- Opening: Bids will be publicly opened on 2026-06-19 at 02:00 PM at the office of Cantonment Board Sargodha, Club Road, Sargodha Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
