Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Malakand. Purpose: Invitation of electronic bids (E-PADs) from eligible firms/contractors for multiple sanitation schemes under PHE Division Malakand. Procurement follows KPPRA procedures and Single Envelope procurement (E-PADs) via the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement system.
