WAPDA Mangla Power Station Invitation to e-Bid — Procurement of Transformers & Spares (ITR/1076 & ITR/1075-3)

Issuer: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Mangla Power Station. WAPDA invites e-bids from eligible, registered electronic bidders for procurement of transformers and spares for Mangla Power Station. Registered firms on the e-procurement system and on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) will be eligible to participate.

How to apply / bid: Electronic bids must be submitted on the WAPDA e-Procurement / EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk and on PA’s EPADS site). Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal and provide required documents as per bidding documents. Single stage one envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must include the required bid security in the form accepted by WAPDA (e.g., CDR / Bank Guarantee) in favour of Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. Bids will be opened on the dates and times stated above; late bids will not be accepted.
