LESCO Tender Notice EP-36 to EP-41 for HT Structure & PCC Pole Works (Lahore/Okara/Sheikhupura/ELR)

Issuer: Project Director, Construction Circle — Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).

LESCO invites sealed/e-bids for civil and erection works including safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, construction of concrete foundations, curing and back-filling for HT steel structures and HT PCC spun poles across multiple construction divisions. Estimated cost for each tender is Rs. 5.00 million.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered with PEC (renewed for the year 2025-26) with the required specialization code, registered with PRA/FBR and appearing on the active taxpayer list. Relevant work orders/completion certificates and documentary evidence of similar past experience are required.

Bid Submission / E-Bidding: Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement & Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS) V2.0. Detailed tender documents, conditions and instructions are available on EPADS and the PPRA website.

Bid Security / Earnest Money: As specified in the tender documents; original bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and the physical/security instrument to be furnished as required (refer to EPADS tender package for exact amount and acceptable instruments).

Estimated Cost: Rs. 5,000,000 (each tender).

Closing / Submission Deadline: 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM (online submission via EPADS).

Opening: 2026-06-23 at 12:00 PM (as per EPADS schedule).
