GIKI Tender for Supply of Mattresses, Pillows and Covers (Tender #GIKUPOM 1142/25)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure for the supply of mattress for single beds, ball-fiber pillows (white), mattress covers and pillow covers. Tender documents and specifications are available at the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or can be collected from GIK Admin Block, Room F-12.

Bidders registered and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List must submit sealed bids with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and 2% earnest money of the total bid cost. Bids must reach by 12:00 Hours on 2026-07-31; proposals will be opened at 12:30 Hours the same day. The institute may modify, withdraw, or cancel the tender before award.
