Fees and earnest money

Vendor fee (non-refundable): Rs. 2,000
Earnest money: 2% of the local bid cost (to be submitted with the bid)

Consumable items required

Eligibility

Reputed manufacturers / authorized distributors / dealers / suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and listed as active taxpayers on FBR are eligible to bid.

Other conditions

Sealed bids must be complete in all respects with required documents and earnest money. The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the bids/tender before award of the contract without assigning any reason.
