Admissions Open — FCPS-II & FCPS Fellowship Training (Session July 2026) | Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore

Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for FCPS-II training programmes and second-fellowship (FCPS) training for the July 2026 session. Selected candidates will be enrolled for training in multiple surgical, medicine and allied disciplines at the Institute.

FCPS Second-Fellowship Training (eligible candidates must already hold first fellowship/FCPS): Gastroenterology; Rheumatology; Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary & Liver Transplant Surgery; Pain Medicine.

Eligibility:

• MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PM&DC.
• One year House Job completed at a recognized institute.
• Permanent valid PM&DC registration certificate.
• For FCPS-II applicants: Passed FCPS Part-I in the related subject/specialty as per CPSP policy.
• For second-fellowship: Possess First Fellowship (FCPS) as per CPSP policy.

Required Documents (submit in sequence):

• Institutional application form.
• Application processing fee slip.
• Three passport-size photographs (attested, front & back).
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) copy.
• Copy of FCPS-I/result certificate (where applicable).
• MBBS degree and detailed mark sheets of all professional examinations.
• Copy of distinction certificate (if any).
• Copy of life support & training certificates (BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS & ATLS — American Heart Association certified) and soft skills workshop certificates.
• House Job certificate.
• PM&DC valid permanent registration certificate.
• HEC/PM&DC equivalency certificate for foreign qualifications (if applicable).
• Any other documents listed on the Institute form as applicable.
