Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute — FCPS-II & FCPS 2nd Fellowship Admissions (Session July 2026)

Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore invites applications from eligible Pakistani national candidates for FCPS-II training programmes and FCPS 2nd Fellowship training for the session starting July 2026.

Eligibility (summary): Possess an MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PM&DC; have completed one year House Job from a recognized institute; hold a permanent valid PM&DC registration certificate; have passed FCPS Part-I in the relevant subject/specialty as per CPSP policy (where applicable).

Application fee & submission: Application processing fee Rs. 2,000 per specialty. Download the application from the institute website and submit fee online in favour of Deputy Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute. Attach copy of online bank transaction with application. Bank Account: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Account No. 3154820902, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore (Branch Code 1707). Bank draft/pay order will not be accepted for the fee submission.

Required documents (highlights): Completed application form; fee receipt; three passport-size photographs (duly attested); CNIC; FCPS-I result certificate; MBBS degree and detailed marks/marksheets; house job certificate; MBBS/registration/degree equivalency documents if applicable; BLS/ALS/ACLS/PALS & ATLS certificates where required; copy of publications if any; other professional certificates as listed by the institute.

Selection & general information: Selection will be made on open merit basis. Candidates in government service should apply through proper channel.
