National Centre for Physics (NCP), Islamabad invites sealed quotations from specialist suppliers / authorized dealers for procurement of AI lab equipment, IT & physics lab equipment, vacuum science items and related instruments. Bidders must have valid GST and NTN registration and be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Quotations must follow the Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure and include 2% of the quoted value as earnest money (bid security). Quotations through fax or email will not be accepted.
Submission deadline: 2026-06-23 by 10:00 hrs. Tender opening: 2026-06-23 at 10:30 hrs. Quotations to be submitted to the Additional Director Procurement, National Centre for Physics. Quotes will be accepted from authorized dealers only.
