BISE Peshawar Tender No. 03-2026 – Procurement of Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs)

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar invites bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs).

Eligibility: Manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, companies, firms (including individual business firms) and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities, including KPRA (where applicable) and FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

How to apply: Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS system and submit bids electronically via E-PADS in accordance with Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. BSDs are available for download from the E-PADS portal and can also be obtained from BISE Peshawar's website (www.bisep.edu.pk) and the KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk).

Bid security: Original bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee (unconditional and irrevocable) issued by a scheduled bank must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the Tender Number and bid description; the CDR/BG will be verified and accepted after opening of financial bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.

Requests for clarification should be made in writing to the office of the undersigned during office hours. BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids or annul the process in accordance with KPPRA rules.
