Peshawar Development Authority (Regi Model Town) — E-Tender for Water Supply & Sewerage Repair/Upgrades (Zone III & IV)

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Procurement method: E-tendering through the EPADS platform (bids must be submitted via EPADS).
• Only eligible/qualified contractors/firms with sufficient experience in relevant works and valid PEC registration (category C-5 or above) are eligible. Provincial enlistment with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (where applicable), up-to-date PEC registration, and other standard qualifications as per KPPRA rules are required.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit/bank guarantee in favour of Director General PDA.
• Bid document/sample tender form and BOQ can be obtained from the EPADS portal.
• Late, advance, conditional, incomplete or bids with forged/fake documents will be rejected. Only electronic submissions on EPADS will be accepted; any hard copies shall not be considered unless explicitly required.
• All bids must remain valid as per tender requirements and will be processed under PDA/Peshawar Development Authority procurement rules and KPPRA regulations.
