- Application form is available from NSIC HR Department or downloadable from https://nsic.punjab.gov.pk.
- Duly filled application with attested copies of relevant documents (including equivalence certificate if applicable) must be submitted to HR Department, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha by 2026-06-19 (Friday) up to 14:00 hours. Applications sent by post/TCS must reach before the deadline.
- Only candidates holding domicile of Punjab are eligible. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide equivalence from HEC or PMDC/PMC as applicable.
