Punjab Highways Department Tenders – Special Road Repair Works (Mandi Bahauddin) – Closing 2026-06-17

Punjab Highways Department (Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin) invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms in the relevant category/codes for multiple special road repair contracts. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal and follow the portal procedures for bid submission.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• PEC registration in the relevant category/code is mandatory.
• Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-tendering site.
• Earnest money must be uploaded on the portal and provided as an ORIGINAL CDR in favour of Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin equal to 5% of the estimated/bid cost. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before the advertised opening time, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
• After online submission, contractors may attend the Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle Gujrat office on the advertised opening date when bids will be retrieved and announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders.
• Submission of false information/documents (including fake CDRs) will result in disqualification and blacklisting from C&W tendering processes.
• As per the Supreme Court decision, a 10% Performance Guarantee is required in the form of pay order, bank draft or bank guarantee valid 30 months beyond the completion date; insurance-issued guarantees are not acceptable.
• No price variation is admissible for special repair works as per the Punjab Finance Department instructions.

The following tender packages are advertised (all works are within District Mandi Bahauddin unless otherwise indicated). Completion period for each package is 6 months. All tenders are scheduled to be opened on 2026-06-17 at 01:30 PM.

How to apply: Register and submit bids online via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal. Upload required documents and earnest money on the portal and submit the original CDR to the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin half an hour before the opening time.
