Office of the Chairman, Municipal Committee Thul, District Jacobabad issues an open auction for recovery/collection rights of various taxes, fees and annual contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Auction will be held under the Chairmanship of the undersigned at the Municipal Committee Thul office. Notice No. MCT-Tax/534 of 2026 (Dated: 2026-06-01).
Auction schedule: First auction: 2026-06-15 at 01:00 PM. If not disposed, second: 2026-06-16 at 01:00 PM. Third: 2026-06-17 at 01:00 PM. Venue: Office of Municipal Committee Thul.

How to participate / Requirements: Interested parties must attend the open auction and bring a solvency certificate or bank guarantee, evidence of financial position, attested copies of registered deed of company/firm (if applicable) and National Identity Card. Dealers of Municipal Committee Thul will not be allowed to participate after the auction start time. Blacklisted persons/companies in any Sindh council are not eligible.
For contracts with bids of Rs. 35,000 and above (as stated), bidders must submit National Income Tax Number and certificate of Income Tax payer from the Income Tax Department at the time of auction, along with identity documents. Earnest/security deposits shown in the table must be deposited before participation as applicable.
The Chairman Auction Committee / Municipal Committee Thul reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason. Further details and terms can be obtained from the Taxation Branch, Municipal Committee Thul during office hours.
