Scope summary: design and implement a Digital Project Management Platform for the N-5 project leveraging GIS and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies. The consultant will work with NHA to carry out tasks as defined in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Key shortlisting / qualification criteria:
- Lead firm should have proven international experience in digital transformation and development of project management platforms for highways and major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience in GIS and BIM integration for highways and infrastructure.
- Relevant experience in construction supervision, design, rehabilitation of similar highways will be given weight.
- Consortia or joint ventures are encouraged; firms must demonstrate financial capability and relevant human resources.
- Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
