Experience	Minimum 10 years in banking, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager/Area Manager. Preference for candidates with experience supervising branch networks in Peshawar/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Qualification	Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution (national or international).
Key Responsibilities	Develop branch business to increase lending, deposits and outreach. Supervise a branch network of 15–25 branches. Execute credit and business policies; achieve loan disbursement, recovery and other business targets. Provide leadership on disbursement, recovery/NPL management and deposits; review branch performance. Liaise with agricultural stakeholders, research institutes, revenue staff and suppliers; represent the Bank at seminars/conferences. Identify opportunities for new branches or relocations and ensure compliance with SBP/Bank rules including AML/CFT/KYC.
Eligibility & Ineligibility	Maximum age: 50 years as on closing date. Applicants must have strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
