The Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi invites e-bids from technically and financially sound contractors/firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for the year 2025-26 for the following scheme.
