LESCO Tender Notice — Construction & HT/LT Pole Works (EP-36 to EP-41)

Issuer: Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Calling for sealed bids for multiple construction packages (EP-36 to EP-41) covering safe loading/unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, concrete foundation works, curing and back filling of HT steel structures and HT/LT PCC spun poles in LESCO divisions (Okara, El. Construction Division, Sheikhupura).

Eligibility & Bid Submission: Contractors/firms registered with relevant PEC specialization (works-related codes as specified) and registered with relevant authorities must be active taxpayers. Bidders shall upload documentary evidence and submit bids electronically via EPADS V2.0. Original bid security (earnest money) is required as specified below and must be furnished as per the tender document. Ten percent (10%) performance security of the accepted tender amount will be required from the successful bidder.

Earnest Money: Original bid security of PKR 100,000 (per tender) in favour of Project Director, Construction Circle, LESCO. Bids without bid security will not be considered.

Procedure & Selection: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure — Least Cost Based Selection. Tendering process shall follow PPRA rules as amended to date. LESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in whole or in part without assigning any reason.

Important Dates: Submission deadline: 2026-06-23 (closing time 11:30 AM). Opening: 2026-06-23 at 12:00 PM on EPADS V2.0.
