Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, qualified and experienced consultancy firms for end-to-end carbon project development advisory for PCMMDC biogas project(s). The assignment covers full carbon project development including baseline finalization, PDD preparation, validation, registry account opening, monitoring and verification arrangements, first issuance and carbon credit monetization support.
