E-Tender: Supply & Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Lower Orakzai

Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMA) Lower Orakzai invites e-tenders (EPADS) for procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery. Funding is from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids are invited under Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure as per KPRA Rules 2014 (Technical & Financial). The vehicle chassis will be supplied by TMA.

Eligibility & Requirements: Manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms must be well-reputed and experienced with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration. Firms should have sale, service & spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal to submit e-bids.

Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS portal on or before 2026-07-21 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.

Bid Security & Documents: Bid security and other required documents must be provided as per tender conditions. An original/attested copy of the CDR in favor of "TMO TMA Lower Orakzai" must be sealed in a separate envelope and reach the office before the closing date/time. Successful bidders will provide applicable security/deposit (including 5% security where applicable). All applicable taxes and duties will apply.

Other Conditions: Purchase orders are subject to availability/release of funds. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPRA Rules.
