ETEA Computer-Based Entrance Test (CBT) 2026 — Admissions for B.Sc./B.E.Tech & B.Arch (UET Peshawar)

Issuers: University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Peshawar in coordination with Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Centralized ETEA Computer-Based Entrance Test (CBT) 2026 for admission to B.Sc. Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Technology (B.E.Tech) and B.Arch programs for the 2026–27 session at public and private sector engineering universities/colleges within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply

1. Visit the ETEA registration portal at www.etea.edu.pk and complete the online application form for the computer-based entrance test.

2. Print the challan and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 per test in the prescribed bank account.

3. Roll number slips will be issued one week before the test, showing test date, time and center.

4. Candidates may take both tests by applying separately for each one (each requires separate registration and fee).

5. Test results will appear on the candidate's computer screen after finishing the test.

Eligibility

• Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical / Computer Science) or Pre-Medical with additional Mathematics from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Pakistan.
• Candidates who have passed three-year post-matric Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or B-Tech exam.
• Intermediate / DAE / B.Tech final-result awaited candidates are eligible to apply.

Important notes

• At least two separate entrance tests will be conducted as per Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) policy notification dated 30 March 2023.
• Candidates must apply separately to UET Peshawar for admission after appearing in the ETEA CBT; the schedule and procedure for UET admission will be announced by UET Peshawar.
