Issuer: Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA). Purpose: Prequalification of experienced original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for the induction of pure electric, eco-friendly 12-metre city buses in Lahore Division, Punjab, including supply, associated infrastructure, spare parts, tools, chargers, diagnostics, warranty and related support services.
Scope and requirements:

Eligibility: Experienced OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and firms with demonstrated capability to supply and support electric urban/city buses of 12m with associated infrastructure; specific eligibility, technical and financial criteria are detailed in the Prequalification Document.
How to apply: Interested firms must submit Prequalification Applications electronically via the PPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS). Manual submissions will not be accepted and will be deemed disqualified. Applicants are required to register on the EPADS platform prior to submission.
Important deadlines and opening: Deadline for submission is 2016-07-16 at 11:00 hours (PST). Submitted applications will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours (PST).
