Admissions — FCPS-II Training Programs | Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore (Session July 2026)

Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore invites applications from eligible Pakistani national candidates for FCPS-II training (Session July 2026) in multiple surgical, medical and fellowship disciplines.

Eligibility: Possess MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PM&DC; completed one year House Job from a recognized institute; hold a valid permanent PM&DC registration certificate; and have passed FCPS Part-I where required by CPSP policy. Specific fellowships require possession of the first FCPS/fellowship as per CPSP subject policy.

Required Documents: Institutional application form; application processing fee receipt; three passport-size photographs (front & back attested); Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC); copy of FCPS-I result/certificate; MBBS degree & detailed marks sheets; copy of Distinction certificate (if any); copy of BLS/ALS/PALS & ATLS certificates where applicable; copy of soft skills workshop certificate; copies of experience/house job certificates; any HEC/PM&DC equivalence for foreign qualifications; domicile and CNIC; and other documents listed in the institute notice.

Procedure & Fee: Application processing fee is Rs. 2,000 per specialty. Application form can be downloaded from the institute website (www.skzmdc.edu.pk). Payment and submission instructions are provided in the prospectus; attach transaction proof with the application. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Selection & Interview: Selection will be made on open merit basis. Eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview/joining.
