Regional Business Head (Peshawar) – VP/SVP-I/SVP | Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications from energetic and experienced banking professionals for the position of Regional Business Head, Peshawar (VP / SVP-I / SVP). One (01) position is available. Candidates must apply online by the closing date below.

Key responsibilities include: development and expansion of branch business to increase lending and deposits; supervision and responsibility for up to 25 branches; execution of credit and business policies; achievement of loan disbursement, recovery and other business targets; provision of leadership and allocated targets in three-fold operational activities (lending, recovery/NPL & deposits); liaison with agriculture sector stakeholders and relevant departments; ensure profitability and financial efficiency of branches; implement new opportunities and branch relocations; ensure compliance with SBP and internal policies including AML/CFT/KYC; implementation of quality assurance and operational standards; review and evaluate performance of branches; and other tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility & other conditions: Maximum age limit 50 years as on closing date. Competitive market remuneration.
