Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara, Dir Lower invites sealed and e-bids via EPAD (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal) under National Competitive Bidding for the financial year 2026-27 for supply of medicines, medical consumables, equipment-related items, services and rental facilities. Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014.
Eligible bidders: national manufacturers, firms, distributors, retailers and authorized sole agents. Tender documents with specifications can be obtained from the hospital office during working hours or downloaded from EPAD. Taxes and duties will be deducted as per government rules. Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and EPAD as applicable.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids (and required CDRs) must reach the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-17. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPAD in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Technical envelopes will be opened first; financial envelopes will be opened as per the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure and applicable rules.
Other requirements: Bids must be on firm letterhead, signed and quoted in words and figures. Proprietary documents and registration certificates to be attached where applicable. Government taxes will be deducted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
