Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters (T.H.Q) Hospital Shorkot (Health & Population Department). Purpose: Invitation to bid for supply of hospital items and services under the annual framework contract for FY 2026-27 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (with latest amendments).
Key instructions: Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders must have a proven track record of supply for related items. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-procurement portal (EPADS); manual or physical submission will not be accepted.
