Tender: Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Medical Gases — Jinnah Burn & Reconstructive Surgery Centre, Lahore

Executive Director, Jinnah Burn & Reconstructive Surgery Centre (AIMC), Lahore invites sealed bids from firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities for a framework contract for the bulk purchase of medical gases. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bidding documents containing specifications and terms (in English) are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
• E-bids must be submitted online by the stated deadline. Bidders are required to upload Technical and Financial Proposals as instructed on the e-procurement portal and also submit required original documents where specified.
• Bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Banker’s Cheque with the Technical Proposal (original) as required in the tender documents.
• Bidders should follow instructions regarding bid validity, required annexures, and other conditions as set out in the bidding documents. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
