Issuer: Program Management Unit (PMU), Punjab Development Program — Program Director / Deputy Program Director. Procurement under the Chief Minister's Punjab Development Program for establishment and equipping of the PMU.
Scope: Four e-bid packages for design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 50 kW grid-tied solar energy system; supply and installation of tensile fibre sheds & roof-top rooms; procurement and installation of a 50 kVA generator; and procurement of IT equipment for the PMU.

Eligibility & registration: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement / e-Bidding platform (e-PA DS / ePADS) and with relevant tax authorities as required. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidders must upload bids via the e-Procurement System (EPADS).
Bid security: Must be provided in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan (or from a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) and the original instrument (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted physically in an envelope along with the e-bid submission to the PMU office before the deadline.
