Tender: Rehabilitation of Area Development Scheme Farooqabad — Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency

Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) invites e-bids for the rehabilitation of Area Development Scheme Farooqabad. Registered contractors/firms on the Punjab e-procurement system with valid tax registration may participate. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding will be adopted.

Key instructions and requirements

- Procurement will be carried out through the E-PADS (Punjab e-procurement). Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab e-procurement portal and the PPRA website.

- Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted via E-PADS on or before 2026-06-23 by 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM on E-PADS.

- Bid security: A bank guarantee/CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost, valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days, must be uploaded on E-PADS in soft copy and the original must be submitted to the issuing office before bid submission closing time; otherwise the bid will be rejected.

- Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with PPRA rules and the Punjab Procurement Regulations.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per applicable procurement rules.
