TMA Mathra Peshawar Invites E-Tenders for Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Purpose: Procurement through e-tender (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. E-bids will be invited under Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Chassis for the specified fabrications will be supplied by TMA Mathra.

How to apply: Interested manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers registered on the KP e-Procurement portal (EPADS) must upload bids through the portal. Visit the KP e-procurement site (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) for registration and submission. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope procedure (technical and financial envelopes).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be reputable manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers with NTN, GST and valid registration with relevant professional/industrial authorities. Firms should provide evidence of service/support and spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where required. Bidders must comply with instructions, provide required bid security and documentation as specified in the bidding documents. Only technically responsive bids will have financial envelopes opened.

Submission & opening: E-bids must be uploaded on EPADS and reach the TMA office by the stated deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
