Invitation to Bid — Road Development Works, Cantonment Board Sargodha

Issuer: Cantonment Board Sargodha (Cantonment Executive Officer). Invitation for sealed bids for road development works in Sargodha Cantonment. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold valid NTN and STRN. Bidding documents, scope and eligibility criteria are defined in the bidding documents available on the PPRA e-Pads / e-Procurement portal.

How to obtain and submit bids:

Bidding documents are available only on PPRA e-Pads (eprocure.gop.pk). No hard copy of bidding documents will be issued. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-Pads are eligible for online e-bidding. Bidders shall complete and authenticate their e-bids by uploading required documents and PDF files; submissions must be made online on the e-Procurement (EPADS) website. Earnest money (bid security) must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Cantt Executive Officer, Cantt Board Sargodha, issued by a scheduled bank. Original CDR and other required original documents must be presented as specified in bidding instructions. Bids will be opened publicly on 2026-06-19 at 14:00 (2:00 PM) in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office specified in the bidding documents.

Important conditions (summary):

• Only PEC-registered firms with relevant codes, valid NTN and STRN may apply.
• Bids are submitted online via PPRA E-Pads; follow eprocure.gop.pk procedures and authenticate e-bids.
• Earnest money in the form of CDR is required and must be submitted as per instructions; CDR must be from a scheduled bank and in the name of the firm.
• If quoted bid is more than 10% below NIT amount, the bidder must submit additional performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and quoted amount as specified.
• Original judicial stamp paper (value specified in the bidding documents) and other originals as required must be produced where requested.
