Tender Notice – Procurement of Goods (FY 2026-27) | Services Hospital Peshawar

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Services Hospital Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Invitation for sealed bids from eligible firms/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply/procurement of goods for FY 2026-27 through EPADS and KPPRA rules.

Procurement Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Quotations must be uploaded on EPADS. Manual/physical sealed tenders will not be accepted.

Submission & Opening: Quotations should be uploaded on EPADS and should reach by registered post or courier services or be uploaded on EPADS before 10:00 AM on 2026-07-07. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Technical Committee at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-07. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

Eligibility Criteria: Registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax; Active NTN/ATL (Active Taxpayers List); Valid Drug Sale License for medicines/surgical disposables/non-drug items where applicable; Not blacklisted by any government organization. Only EPADS-registered firms will be eligible for bidding.

Documents & Bid Security: All required documents including registration certificates, tax certificates, bid security (as listed), and supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded on EPADS. Originals (bank draft/CDR) should be submitted to the office of the undersigned as required. Bid prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.

Other Terms: Tender documents/bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. All bids must be submitted electronically through the official EPADS portal; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
