How to apply: Download Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD), Bidding/Contract Data and BOQ from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded via EPADS before the deadline. Original bid security(s), any additional security(s) and tender form fees (call deposit receipt in favour of the undersigned) must be submitted physically to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bannu via registered post/courier before the last date/time.

Bid opening and evaluation: Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-06 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bannu in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Financial bid opening date will be announced after technical evaluation. Financial bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened. Bids will be evaluated as per criteria in bid solicitation documents; uploaded documents must be readable.

Conditions and requirements: Bid security must comply with KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated Peshawar, 10/05/2022. Incomplete or conditional bids, or bids with untasted cutting/overwriting/disfiguring, will be treated non-responsive. Valid Quality Management Systems certificate (ISO-9001 or equivalent) is required. All other terms and conditions apply as per provincial government rules and guidelines.
