PHATA Tender: Rehabilitation of ADS-II Vehari (6 months)

Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), 145-146 Rewaz Garden, Lahore invites electronic bids from contractors/firms registered on E-PADS and holding valid registration with FBR & PRA (having active tax filer NTN and PIN) for the following work. Bidding will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and Punjab e-procure portal. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS as specified below.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS / Punjab e-procure portal. Bidders should be registered on E-PADS and possess required tax registrations (NTN/PIN) and PRA registration.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded on E-PADS in soft copy; the original bid security (in the form required, e.g., Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted in the office before the time of opening. Bank guarantee must be valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days.

- Technical bids will be opened online and financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened as per E-PADS procedures.

- Detailed terms, conditions, and procurement rules are available at the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-procure portal (www.punjab-eprocure.gov.pk). PHATA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
