University of Haveli, Kahuta (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) has issued an addendum and corrigendum to Advertisement No. AJKPD-67D-5-26 dated 19-05-2026. Key instructions and eligibility notes:
- Only online applications through the specified ETC portal will be considered; complete the registration and press "SUBMIT" before the closing time.
- During online registration enter accurate information and a valid, non-ported mobile number. Incomplete or saved (INCOMPLETE) applications will not be entertained.
- After fee deposit via 1Link/1Bill, click on verify online payment on the ETC Dashboard to confirm payment.
- Applicants who applied directly to the University before this corrigendum/addendum are exempt from the non-refundable fee exception stated.
- In-service candidates must apply through proper channel to avail upper age limit relaxation where applicable. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence; terminal qualifications must be registered with the relevant regulatory body when required.
- Shortlisting for teaching and non-teaching posts will be carried out as per University rules. Candidates must produce original documents at the time of assessment; failure to do so may bar participation.
- The University reserves the right to cancel advertised positions partially or fully and to make any other changes as necessary.
