MTI Mardan invites applications for the post of Dean, Bacha Khan Dental College, Mardan on a contract basis. The Dean will lead the Dental College and be responsible for all undergraduate and postgraduate dental teaching and research, reporting to the Board of Governors.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Medical academic with either a PhD or a medical qualification such as BDS (or equivalent), or a higher diploma such as FCPS, or a US Board certification or equivalent in dental sciences or its sub-specialties. |
| Experience | Preferably national and international reputation in his/her field with at least 7 years administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program or institution. Recognized leadership qualities and a track record in teaching, medical education and research are required. |
| Role & Responsibilities | Head the Dental College; oversee undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and research; report to the Board of Governors. |
| Application / Submission | Submit a job application with CV, attested photocopies of all educational degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, valid PMDC registration with endorsement of the required qualification, recent photograph and other relevant documents to the Human Resource Department, Mardan Medical Complex, MTI Mardan. |
| Deadline | Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. |
| Other Requirements & Conditions | Detailed particulars of three professional referees must be provided. Selected candidate will be required to furnish an accepted resignation from his/her previous employer. The services of the incumbent will be governed under the MTI Act 2015 (as amended) and Regulations framed thereunder. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will disqualify the applicant. The selection committee's decision is final and subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. |
