Tender: Construction of Nokundi Bypass Road (Blacktop) — District Chagai (SBP Phase-II)

Issuer: Executive Engineer Road, C&W / P&H Department, District Chagai. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Non-refundable tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost (call deposit from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned).

Eligibility and key conditions:

• Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure).
• Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required where applicable.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required: category C-3 and above (relevant specialty codes for roads, drainage & retaining structures).
• Bidders must have relevant past experience (similar works) and demonstrate required financial capacity as specified in the bidding documents. An affidavit confirming no debarment/blacklisting, no failure to perform/execute contracts in the last 5 years, and no pending major litigation must be submitted.

Bid documents & submission:

• Complete bidding documents can be obtained/viewed from the Executive Engineer Road office (B&R Colony / Masjid Road, Dalbandin, Chagai) and through the procuring authority / BPPRA channels as notified in the bidding documents.
• Bids must accompany the required bid security (3%) in the prescribed form.
• Submission method: Electronic submission via the ePPS / specified procurement system as stipulated in the bidding documents.
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-15 by 09:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM on the ePPS system.
