TMA Khwazakhela E-Auction Notice for Municipal Revenue / Shop Leases (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Khwazakhela, District Upper Swat.

Purpose: E-auction (E-Baldia) of municipal revenue items / lease rights for the financial year 2026-27. Auctions will be conducted online through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa local government e-procurement portal cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk.

• Last date / bid submission deadline: 2026-06-15 up to 04:00 PM (portal).
• Scheduled e-auction date/time: 2026-06-17 at 04:00 PM (online on cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk).
• Successful bidders must deposit a security amount equal to 50% (as stated) of the bid value within the timeframe specified by TMA.
