Tender for Supply of 50,000 Date Plants (Dhakki, Mazafri, Shakri, Gulistan) — Directorate General Agriculture Extension, Peshawar

Directorate General of Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites sealed bids for the purchase of date plants under ADP/AIP/NON-ADP projects through an open competitive bidding process under unified framework contract as per KPPRA rules.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Eligible bidders: registered firms/companies/corporations with valid Sales Tax, Income Tax and other relevant provincial/federal registrations.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope method (technical and financial envelopes) to be submitted as a single package.

- Submission channel: All bids must be submitted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total bid value must be uploaded via EPADS and the original CDR submitted in a sealed envelope to the Directorate General office.

- Tender documents: Standard bidding documents with full terms and conditions are available from the office of the Directorate General on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-16 at 11:30 AM (address below).

- Bid submission deadline: Bids must reach the office on or before 2026-06-30 at 11:00 AM.

- Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
