Cantonment Board Sargodha Invitation to Bid – Three Road & Park Development Works

Cantonment Board Sargodha invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding a valid NTN for the following three development works. Bidding documents are available and bids will be submitted through the PPRA e-procurement (E-PADS) portal only.

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant code/category and hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Bidders must follow requirements and scopes defined in the bidding documents.

Bid Security / Earnest Money: As shown in the table above (to be provided as CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Sargodha). Scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal. The original CDR must be submitted to the Cantt Board office (Cantt Board Sargodha, Club Road, Sargodha Cantt) three (03) days before the bid opening. Pay orders are not acceptable.

Submission & Opening: Bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted online via the PPRA E-PADS/e-procurement portal. Bids will be opened publicly on 2025-06-19 at 02:00 PM at the office of Cantt Board Sargodha in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Other Conditions: Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. The procurement will follow single-stage one-envelope procedure and terms and conditions as per Public Procurement Rules. The Board reserves the right to reject or accept bids under applicable rules.
